To me that meant good solid people that I could trust. Thanks for the great experience. Building can be tough but the a/c was awesome ( except for the inspector which turned out wrong and wasted both of our times) super awesome company which I highly recommend. 🙂

These guys were great! We got multiple estimates from different companies to repair a control board and EJ’s came out, had the control board in stock, repaired in 15 min. And all at 1/3rd the cost of what the highest quote was that we received. We will definitely use these guys in the future.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a Friday afternoon after 4:00 pm the first weekend in August. I called and left a message after hours. At 8:01 am on Saturday morning I received a call from their office and one of the technicians Tristen was at our home within two (2) hours. He was very professional, explained what had happened to the unit. He then gave us a quote to replace the unit and we were scheduled for a Monday install. Mike and all of the individuals we have worked with us at EJ’s Heating and Air over the past ten (10) years have made a very unpleasant situation better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their hearing and air issues. Customer Service, quality and professionalism are still alive and well at this company. We will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you again for everything.

We purchased a new unit in October 2018 and had a few problems with our thermostat but I’m here to let you know EJ’s never dropped the ball with helping me. It took a few trips to finally figure out the issue with the stat but it is finally fixed. Each trip, every tech/service guy was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend working with EJ’s if you are in the market for AC/heating unit.

Great people who get the work done quick and right the first time!

I cannot say enough good things about EJ’s Heat and Air. We had originally called another company as our AC went out at night and they were 24 hour service. Next time, we will wait until EJ’s is open no matter what. The other company tried to charge us $2050 (their warranty price!) for work that EJ’s did for the service fee. They were quick and professional. Due to our very positive experience we will also do their yearly maintenance program.

Honest and responsive! I am extremely gratelful that they were able to move quickly to restore the A/C to our home. I felt like they actually cared. Well done EJ’s!

Task was to relocate a return vent and add a new supply duct to existing system. Justin gave me an estimate within 24 hours. Work was done promptly and courteously on a Friday. The two techs were very polite. I went to finish with an insulation job in the adjacent area of the attic on Saturday & found the return wasn’t completely rerouted like I had expected. Contacted them early Monday morning. Larry and Cory were quick to come out, had the return straightened out and taken care of by 11 a.m. This kind of integrity is rare to find anymore! Thank you E J ‘s Heat and Air for being a stand-up company!

Beyond thankful at how quickly the technicians were out to fix our AC! Called him on a Friday afternoon and my AC was back and running by 11 the next morning. Best price by far, as well! Thank you guys so much!
