We purchased a new unit in October 2018 and had a few problems with our thermostat but I’m here to let you know EJ’s never dropped the ball with helping me. It took a few trips to finally figure out the issue with the stat but it is finally fixed. Each trip, every tech/service guy was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend working with EJ’s if you are in the market for AC/heating unit.
