I needed help with getting my system inspected, bringing it up to code and getting permits. No other company in town even gave me the time of day. I called more than 10! They all responded “we didn’t install it”, sorry can’t help you! When I called EJ’s I got in touch with Tina and she took the time to hear me out and then went to work right away helping me. I had a very short amount of time to get this resolved as I am moving soon and need to sell my property. Justin came out looked the system over, suggested things that needed to be taken care of and got me on the schedule. They made all the updates to code at a fair price and got my system approved by the city. Highly professional team and did a fantastic job. 5 stars all the way.

Task was to relocate a return vent and add a new supply duct to existing system. Justin gave me an estimate within 24 hours. Work was done promptly and courteously on a Friday. The two techs were very polite. I went to finish with an insulation job in the adjacent area of the attic on Saturday & found the return wasn’t completely rerouted like I had expected. Contacted them early Monday morning. Larry and Cory were quick to come out, had the return straightened out and taken care of by 11 a.m. This kind of integrity is rare to find anymore! Thank you E J ‘s Heat and Air for being a stand-up company!

Beyond thankful at how quickly the technicians were out to fix our AC! Called him on a Friday afternoon and my AC was back and running by 11 the next morning. Best price by far, as well! Thank you guys so much!

Good people who won’t over sell you stuff you don’t need!

I called E J’s heating & air for a second opinion for my downed A/C unit. They were prompt and fixed my A/C in 45 mins. The “other” company I called told me it would be better to replace my unit. I won’t call out the “other” company by name, I only want to encourage you, if you have an issue with your A/C unit, call E J’s Heating & Air 1st. They are honest and more than fair on the repair cost, I can assure you! The quote to replace my unit by the “other” company was $18,000!!! E j’s saved me over $17,000… Thanks Oakley!

EJ’s Heating & Air were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly fast to respond and get someone out when our AC unit died a horrible and painful death. Their prices were absolutely fair and reasonable. Tina, on the phone, was wonderfully professional and patient in answering all of my questions and my mom’s questions (my mom was helping me since this was my first time dealing with this kind of thing and I was clueless). Lundy, both Jasons, and all their crew were incredibly amazing in getting out here quickly and getting our home taken care of and getting AC back so FAST. It was awesome. They were all super friendly and professional, I cannot thank them enough. I could tell they were all trying to get us the best price for the ACCURATE AC unit that our home needed. And it was truly a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you EJ’s for taking care of my home and family! (Just for clarification- The picture does not do it justice, it is absolutely up to code and our second unit is not- but wasn’t needing replacement yet so still falls under old rules. It is leveled and perfect.)

EJ’s did a great job. The crew was very nice and though the job took some time they completed every thing as promised. Recommend whole- heartedly.

They did a good job on the repair condenser fan and capacitor. I was stressed for time had surgery scheduled the next day or I would of done this myself not hard to put a fan motor in . Here is the but 750 is pretty high for a part on amazon directly from carrier that’s 189 and a 50 dollar capacitor.that’s 500 bucks for labor took him less than a hour to install.
