Task was to relocate a return vent and add a new supply duct to existing system. Justin gave me an estimate within 24 hours. Work was done promptly and courteously on a Friday. The two techs were very polite. I went to finish with an insulation job in the adjacent area of the attic on Saturday & found the return wasn’t completely rerouted like I had expected. Contacted them early Monday morning. Larry and Cory were quick to come out, had the return straightened out and taken care of by 11 a.m. This kind of integrity is rare to find anymore! Had a power outage and when power came back AC wasn’t working. Called EJs as I knew my neighbor was also having service done for the same thing. Justin came in, fixed the issue and was done within 30 minutes. Great service with good prices, appreciate the speed and efficiency.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a Friday afternoon after 4:00 pm the first weekend in August. I called and left a message after hours. At 8:01 am on Saturday morning I received a call from their office and one of the technicians Tristen was at our home within two (2) hours. He was very professional, explained what had happened to the unit. He then gave us a quote to replace the unit and we were scheduled for a Monday install. Mike and all of the individuals we have worked with us at EJ’s Heating and Air over the past ten (10) years have made a very unpleasant situation better. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their hearing and air issues. Customer Service, quality and professionalism are still alive and well at this company. Efficient not over priced!

EJ’S staff, from office to technicians are courteous and efficient. They installed my air conditioning system and did it in a timely fashion. Their word is good, if they say they’ll call you back, they do it, if they say they will be there at a particular time, they are. I highly recommend them.

EJ’S has been my ‘go to’ for over 20 years. I trust them and they have never disappointed. Recommend them without hesitation for your HVAC needs.

This Summer we had our 20 year old AC go out during one of the hottest weeks. Grateful for Jason at EJ’s who came out to our house quickly to address the issue. He made sure we knew all our options and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions.
