I’ve used EJ’s Heat and Air on several occasions for service and system change outs at different properties. Great service and experiences every time. EJ’s recommended and helped me through a system upgrade at my house last summer. They helped me with the rebate process, and the unit is so efficient that it cut my electric bill over 50%. I highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning work.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to send a technician within 3 hours after I called. The receptionist was very nice and kept me updated through the whole process. The technician listened carefully to my concerns and promptly made a diagnosis of the problem. He took care of the problem within an hour of arriving. My unit is located in the attic and their were no complaints about getting up in the attic. The only thing I found weird was that they did not take credit card payment on the spot. They send you a bill over the mail and then you have to call to pay with credit card over mail. Not a major inconvenience. However, if you are very busy it is just one more thing you have to do. In my opinion, price was competitive to what I have been charged in the past by other companies. Would definitely consider using their service again.

These guys were great! We got multiple estimates from different companies to repair a control board and EJ's came out, had the control board in stock, repaired in 15 min. And all at 1/3rd the cost of what the highest quote was that we received. We will definitely use these guys in the future.

We purchased a new unit in October 2018 and had a few problems with our thermostat but I'm here to let you know EJ's never dropped the ball with helping me. It took a few trips to finally figure out the issue with the stat but it is finally fixed. Each trip, every tech/service guy was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend working with EJ's if you are in the market for AC/heating unit. Pam

I recently built a new home and used EJ’s for my HVAC. I took my prints to Mike, told him my window ratings and insulation factor and he recommended what I consider the most economic while still efficient system for my budget. My electric bill during the summer months is less than $130! Installation crews were prompt, on time and did a great job.

Our experience dealing with EJs was excellent in every way. We had a new heating and air conditioner installed (American Standard) We are very pleased with how it works Quiet and efficient. We were also happy with the cost using a rebate from OG&E and American Standard helped a lot. I would suggest very strongly if you need a new unit contact EJs Mike & family first. They are honest people and will treat you right and fair. Their employee,s are the best you will encounter.Regards George & Sue Welch

Task was to relocate a return vent and add a new supply duct to existing system. Justin gave me an estimate within 24 hours.Work was done promptly and courteously on a Friday. The two techs were very polite.I went to finish with an insulation job in the adjacent area of the attic on Saturday & found the return wasn’t completely rerouted like I had expected. Contacted them early Monday morning. Larry and Cory were quick to come out, had the return straightened out and taken care of by 11 a.m. This kind of integrity is rare to find anymore! Thank you E J ‘s Heat and Air for being a stand-up company!
